Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We offer returns and a 100% refund in the following situations:

If you receive an order with quality issues or defects in the product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will initiate the return process and issue a full refund upon inspection and confirmation of the issue.

In the rare event of a printing error or discrepancy between the product received and the design you approved, please inform us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and issue a full refund upon verification of the printing issue.

If your order is delivered more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase and the delay is not attributable to factors beyond our control, you may be eligible for a return and a full refund.

Non-Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

We do not offer returns and refunds in the following cases:

 We do not accept returns if you have a change of mind after placing your order or if the product meets the specifications you provided during the order process.

We do not accept returns for orders placed by mistake. Please review your order carefully before finalizing it.
